Hello, I am Stella Marsch. I live in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. I played soccer for 6 years before I had to stop play sadly, but as soon as I started running cross country, I knew that I would want to stick with this sport. This sport has helped me so much mentally and physically. The summer of 2022 was difficult for me, my hips were imbalanced, and it was very painful but then I started to go to a message therapist and doing mobility training, I have not stopped even during off season but working through that pain has made me stronger both mentally and physically. This helped me mentally because it made me realize how much I've put into this sport and how much I love it. I have always been in honors classes and being on the honor roll, I am also dual enrolled in Daytona State College taking my math class there.
