Personal Statement

I am a highly competitive track and field athlete striving to improve my performance in every way…every day. After high school, I'm looking forward to competing at the collegiate level while earning my BS degree in pharmacology.

The ideal university setting for me would be a student body larger than my past and current high school of approximately 1600-2000 students. After attending summer camp at the Spire Institute, I realized that I would like to compete on a college team with coaches dedicated to teaching me how to improve my track skills and be an all-around better person.  Although, most events are individual, I know I would thrive on a team that is close-knit and willing to encourage their teammates.

During the summer and fall off-season, I am training 3-4 times per week to build and maintain muscle strength to ensure that my Senior Year (2022) track and field season will be the very best.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
