My name is Miya Milsap and I am a 14-year-old track student-athlete with a passion for running and a dream of competing at the collegiate level.
I currently run in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100 MR. I am constantly pushing myself to improve my times and technique. Over the past year, I’ve learned that success in track is not just about talent but also about hard work, consistency, and resilience. Whether it’s evening training sessions, balancing ballet and academics with athletics, or bouncing back from setbacks, I strive to give my all every day.
Being on my school team has taught me about teamwork, leadership, and perseverance that I carry into other areas of my life. In school, I work hard to maintain very strong grades because I understand the importance of education in achieving my goals.
My ultimate aspiration is to run at the collegiate level, representing a program where I can continue to grow as both an athlete and a student. I am excited to take my passion for running to the next level, and I am committed to putting in the work to make that dream a reality.
Thank you for considering my profile. I look forward to continuing my journey and embracing every challenge along the way.
