Hi! My legal name is Brandon Huff but my chosen name is Lana. Although I’ve only been doing track for a year I’m very passionate and willing to dedicate myself. I’ve improved a lot in a year. I have gotten medals in both pole vault and the 200. I got gold in the sophomore/freshman division of pole vault as well as silver at the regional all grades level. I got bronze in the 200 for both freshman/sophomore as well as all grades regionals. I want to get a bachelors in nursing to attain my license in aesthetic nursing. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a team player and I know how to balance being direct while still acting in the best interest of the team. I am different from other recruits in that I have gone through so much and given up so much to pursue track and it's given me an unbreakable will and discipline. I have done cross country and track where I sprinted, did long distance, and pole vaulted. I'm very versatile and strong. This shows that my stamina and ability to be coached is top tier. My academics have always been good I have maintained a 4.0 GPA since middle school. I take effort to do extracurricular activities to boost my school spirit such as: Dance committees, theater productions, I'm in HOSA (Future Health Professionals), I've done fundraisers for cross country and track as well as volunteered for holiday events. This is what sets me apart from others and shows how strong of a recruit I can be.
