Hi, my name is Tanya and I am a junior Kihei Charter High School. I started running in my freshman year in high school, but due to COVID-19 my freshman seasons were cancelled and I had my first official cross country and track and field seasons in my sophomore year. Even though I am relatively new to running, I feel like I have learned a lot through the sport. I enjoy pushing myself and setting and achieving goals with my teammates. Since I have started running, I have been training consistently and I hope to continue to challenge myself and grow as an athlete after high school.
