I started running after watching my older sister and thought I would give it a try, I have now been running for about 4 years and I love it. I would love to continue my running career in college and maybe even go to the Olympics someday. For the first 10 years of my life, I had a lot of health issues which involved many visits to the hospital and doctors' offices, I had occupational therapy several different times, and life was difficult. I had to fight hard just to make it through most days. My parents have taught me how to improve my health and I know that nutrition, chiropractic, and improving strength are important to me in staying healthy and being a successful runner. Some of the things I like to do when I am not running or doing schoolwork is playing the piano, going to church, and being in musicals.
