For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be able to take my athletic career beyond high school in any way possible. I always try to be the best version of myself, I push myself to perform as well as possible. Weight lifting is also something that I take very seriously and know that it will help me tremendously. I have recently joined the 300 pound club (max squat 205, bench 115). During my freshman track season, I really realized how much throwing meant to me and how passionate I was about it and decided that I wanted to do everything in my power to be able to throw at the next level. Since then I have worked extremely hard to get where I am now, in my Junior season, being a school record holder! My junior season has recently ended with me placing 3rd in sectionals and advancing to the final round of regionals and placing 9th. Whether in track, volleyball, or basketball, I have always been very encouraging and motivating to my teammates. I also think that since I am a 3 sport athlete, that also benefits me by making my physical shape better and making me a better teammate and a very coachable athlete.
