Harriet (Hattie) Reynolds '23 Recruiting Profile

I am hardworking, dedicated and driven to take my athletics to the next level. Studying for the International Baccalaureate has enabled me to learn the importance balancing athletics with academics and schools commitments.

As well as athletics, I am a keen field hockey and netball player. My ability to take on board coaching advice has meant that I have been a part of the first team for Gresham’s school in both field hockey and netball. I also enjoy tennis and have represented the school in tennis tournaments. 

I take a holistic approach to my athletics as I believe that what I do outside training is important for my athletic development. I have a deep interest in nutrition and my wellbeing which are both essential aspects of my recovery. 

Some of my proudest athletics achievements to date are:

· I am the four-time Norfolk cross-country county champion in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022. I am also the three-time Norfolk track county champion for 3000m in 2018 and 2019 and 800m in 2021.

· I held the fastest U15 girls 3000m time in Great Britain in 2019

· I recently came 4^th in the 2021 British cross challenge and 1st in the South of England Cross Country Championships.
