First and foremost, I’d like any of my potential future college coaches to know my relationship with God is top priority. He will be the single most important factor when considering which college to attend. I am dedicated to Him and furthering His kingdom, and want to have a future career where I can do that through speaking to large crowds of people about Him.
Next, I want you to know I’m an encouraging leader. Not somebody who leaves people where they are, but somebody who helps them on the journey of becoming the best them they can through living for Christ. I challenge my teammates and classmates, and I push them in and out of practice. I’ve always been a leader, but over the last couple years I’ve figured out that sometimes it’s not about being a leader all the time. But, it’s about helping others move out of being followers and into being leaders themselves.
I’ve been in love with the sport of Track and Field since seventh grade. I love the drive it takes, breaking down your body to build it up day in and day out, and honestly... the craziness it takes to continue with it! This sport isn’t for just anyone, and certainly not everyone has what it takes to run as a collegiate athlete. But I love it. And I want you to know I’m dedicated to bettering myself and your program, and I have untapped potential to continue growing as an athlete for years to come. I have confidence that I’d bring a lot more to your program than just another body on a roster, or an athlete that can score points at a meet.
God Bless and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
