My passion for running started at a young age. I have always been extremely competitive and energetic therefore track and field  was no doubt the perfect sport for me. I started off playing soccer where my speed and abilities quickly started to showcase catching the attention of my high school track and field coach. When I attended my first meet my freshman year of high school  I immediately fell in love with the sport. It almost seemed to me as if it was made for me. I always stood out on my team not just because of my speed but because of my strong passion and commitment. Not only have I been capable on the track but I also have displayed my motivation in my high school classes. I’ve taken advanced placement courses and enrolled in various different college courses.  I have always known that I wanted to continue track and field for as long as I could. My personal goals and aspirations consist of performing to the absolute best of my abilities and I hope that someday I'll be competing with the pros.
