Attending the 2018 outdoor New Balance National meet was the most humbling part of my high school career. Being that I was only a freshman that became a huge highlight for me. The experience helped me to grow as not only an athlete but as a person. It helped me see that there is so much talent out there. This sport would take so much focus and dedication to excel.
I've been fortunate enough to be led by a strong coach, and be accompanied by a dedicated team. We have won 6 Indoor and Outdoor county and regional titles. Set a U.S number one time in the sprint medley and been state runner ups since I've been here. I've learned the importance of hard work, time management, sacrifice, and leadership these past years. Not only do I believe I have the capability and talent to compete as a collegiate runner but I believe I have the character, the team skills and work ethic to be a great impact to your program. I know I have what it takes to be not only a great addition but a leader on your team!
