My aspirations as a student athlete are to go through college on a track scholarship while maintaining an Grade Point Average of a 3.5 and higher. I can be an asset because I am a member of a County, Regional, and State Championship winning team. Through this experience I understand what it takes to win and be a great teammate. At Counties and Regionals I achieved the following: second place in discus for both meets, second in shot put at counties and first place in shot put at Regionals. Finally, at States I placed second in shot put and third in discus. While also being a student athlete I maintain an above 3.5 GPA average and participate in other extra curricular activities such as, Peer Forward, FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) as parliamentarian, Jack and Jill of America, Student Council, and more. All of this is possible by having a solid plan. Not only am I active but I am a leader. I am the throws captain of the Largo High School track and field team. As a sophomore I was elected captain of the Varsity Cheer Team during camp as well as the 2017-2018 school year and am also currently the Parliamentarian of my schools chapter of FBLA.
