Julia Holt '23 Recruiting Profile

Those who know me well will describe me as energetic and driven.  I grew up on the soccer field where, as the fastest player on my team, I developed a competitive edge that led my team to victory and dubbed me the nickname "Animal".  As I entered junior high school, my passion turned to track, where I quickly discovered I could be very successful running mid-distance sprints.  My love for track continued to high school where I was one of the only freshman placed on the varsity indoor team.  The experience of competing at the high school level has been one of the best I've known and I value the comradery and success of my team wholeheartedly.

I apply my best efforts to my team and to my studies.  I have been successful in achieving my goals so far and am always looking for ways to continue to grow and improve.   I aspire to continue competing in track and to strive for academic success in the biology field.
