Short of me running Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Maia Romeyn and I am a track and cross country athlete currently at Ellsworth high school. I’ve been running on varsity since eighth grade and made it to states each year after putting the hard work into my season. I am looking forward to run on a collegiate level to take my running career even farther. I am currently at Ellsworth, but switching to a different highschool for my senior year with a better running program for quality training. I am a hard worker in practice and in school, maintaining a 3.89 GPA while volunteering regularly in food pantry’s and resale shops for those in need.
My best times: 5k-19:58, 3200m-12:17, 1600m-5:28, 800m-2:34, 400m-1:06.
