My first time running ever was as a freshman when my best friend convinced me to do cross country with her. I was an alright runner for someone who has never ran before in her life, but once I switched to Romeo High School and started training I started becoming much better. As I am now only in the start of my Junior year I have improved by a lot from freshman and even my Sophomore year. I think trusting the process is really important in this sport and putting in all the hard work behind the scenes really helps you push hard on the courses. I've been training hard to try and work my way towards D1 worthy times and keep working my time down. I would love to go to a college that has a positive training environment, a great team atmosphere, and good schooling programs. In college I would love to be able to continue training hard to keep being able to improving my times continuously.
