Bonjour! I'm Abby. I try my best to be a positive influence on my teammates and make them crack a smile in the middle of a hard workout. My goal is to be a sales representative and live abroad after college before I begin my career. What sets me apart is my work ethic. I center down on not only my physical, but mental attitude as well. In the summer of seventh grade, I began to journal, learn about being mindful, apply myself to my tasks in a way that I hadn't before, and take up strength training/healthy eating. I thought of where I wanted to be in 10 years and how to get there. Ever since that summer, my goals have been advancing, appearing as less of a reach and more attainable. I have become more self-aware and driven. My focus has been set for years, and I practice achieving my goals and figuring out the most efficient ways to complete them. This not only affects my track performance but my school and social life as well. I have reached above and beyond for volunteering, work, clubs, business programs, and more. I firmly believe my hard-working attitude and diligent mindset help me carry myself in a different manner than most, and will therefore set me apart from other athletes.
