Personal Statement
Hello Coaches!
As a student and athlete, I am motivated, hardworking, and supportive of my peers and teammates. I like to have fun and get to know new faces at practice, but I also know when to get down to business. I am extremely competitive, but I don't let a bad race or jump affect my attitude or other events. I believe strongly in the message that hard work truly does pay off. I'm not afraid of hard work, nor do I shy away from it. I like to challenge myself as an athlete and as a student. I also believe it is very important to encourage and lift up my teammates and classmates. I am excited as I come closer to furthering my college career as a track and field athlete!
