Sam Hecht '21 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to find the perfect college for me academically and athletically. I work very hard in and out of the classroom. Even on late days coming home from a track meet I will stay up and make sure all my school work is finished and done to the best of my ability. I believe what makes me different from most recruits is my high level of dedication to my sport. During the season or during the off-season I will be in the weightroom or working on sprint drills to better myself. For the past 2 years I have been training year round for track. Academically I believe I’m different from most recruits because I also have a high level of dedication to my academics. I will stay up late to make sure I finish a project or finish my school work to the best of my ability. Overall when I commit to a college and their track team, I will make sure I’m near the top and won’t settle for anything less than that. I will work to make my school proud. I’m a hard worker and ready to do whatever it takes.
