Hello, my name is Jersy Nelke. I am in the class of 2025 at Winfield high school. I am looking to further both my academic and track and field career. I have ran varsity track since my freshman year through school and 2 years through Tallawah Track and Field. I am very passionate about my track and field career. Every time I step onto the track no matter if it is a meet or practice I’m giving it my all. I’m not only passionate about my athletics, but also my academics. I’ve kept over 4.0 GPA throughout high school and will continue to strive for that throughout graduation. While keeping good grades and running track, I’ve also been active in FFA, NHS, student council, and the A+ program. I am dedicated to achieve all of my goals. During my track and field career I’ve broken 3 school records and continued to better them. Placing 9th at state in 100m hurdles my freshman year I decided to join Tallawah Track and Field to better myself. After running 1 season with Tallawah Track and Field, I placed 1st in the 100m hurdles, 3rd in the 300m hurdles, and 3rd in the 4x100.
