I always try to be the best in anything I am doing, either at school, at my church volunteering, or on the field, I make sure I do whatever possible to get the job done. My freshman year I broke my wrist and missed the whole spring season. This helped me come back stronger the next year and I ended in 3rd at the state championship. I learned how to persevere and use a setback to make myself better in the next season. My goal is to get better every season whether in distance or technique, and be able to throw for as long as I can because I enjoy it so much.
