Although my sport is listed as Women's Track, it is actually a substitute for Women's Triathlon. I started doing triathlons in 2022 at 14 years old, and so far I've completed 4 triathlons including 2023 USAT Nationals in Milwaukee. I fell in love with the sport, training, and the people I've met along the way. Therefore, I am determined to pursue competing in triathlons at the collegiate level in 2025.
One of my favorite aspects of training is practicing with my team. I love how we encourage each other to persevere during hard practices and perform to our potential, as well as cheering them on during race day. Being surrounded by people who share the same love for the sport and commitment to training has helped me grow as an athlete in a team setting, and some of my teammates have become my best friends to this day. I strive to perfect myself in all three disciplines through my coaches' help and personal training. I am a highly coachable person as I follow through with what my coaches assign for us to do and perform it to the best of my ability. I am a responsible student-athlete as I received the 2023 Commitment Award from my team for attending almost all practices, as well as a 2022 Scholarship Award for maintaining the highest grades in my team.
I hope to compete at Division 2 level in collegiate triathlon in the future. I am open to any locations and colleges, as well as any camp opportunities.
