Lillian Greene '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lillian Greene and I am a rising sophomore at West Wilkes High School in North Carolina. I started running track in 7th grade. Being part of track and field means a lot to me because I have a great passion for running.  As a sophomore, my goals are to improve my times and techniques and be the best student athlete and teammate I can be. 

Outside of track, I also have a passion for music.  I began by learning to play the ukulele in elementary school in an after-school program, and also taught myself the basics of guitar and violin.  In middle school I joined band, where I played trumpet for 2 years before moving to percussion.  As a high school student, my love for percussion instruments has grown and I participate in both marching band and concert band.

In my downtime I enjoy reading, crafting and spending time with my family and friends.
