Hailey Broadwell '24 Recruiting Profile

I am a Junior in the graduating class of 2024.  I enjoy both Cross Country and Track and specialize in distance running.  I love competing in meets and I also love working hard with my teammates to make us all better.  I personally challenge myself each day at practice and look to inspire the runners on my team to try and make themselves better with every practice and meet.  We have a young team of women distance runners and I'm excited to see what we can accomplish this year with hard work and dedication.  I also strive to set personal best times each year as my training continues and my times improve each season.  

I aspire to finish out my HS running career as a 4 time team MVP and 4 time Conference Champion and continue to run on the collegiate level.  I am the team captain, women's team top runner, hard worker, great teammate, and a great friend.  I am teachable, coachable, and humble in my achievements and my interactions with others.  I prioritize my athletics as well as my academic achievements.  I was just inducted into the National Honors Society with a 3.84gpa.  I also spend my free time with friends and other youth in our local Young Life Ministries, where I am crew volunteer for a month of summer camp in the summer of 2022.  I'm excited to see what the future holds!
