Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Presley Worf and I am a sprinter from Waxhaw, North Carolina. I would like to say that anywhere I attend my goal is to continue my athletic and academic career, along with being a team leader, builder, and motivator. I am extremely hardworking and competitive in everything that I do; whether that be under the lights on the track, in the gym lifting at 6 am, or working hard in the classroom. I am a 3x team state champion and an All American athlete in the mixed 4x400 relay. Coming from a small school I learned what it meant to be a part of a family, and to win with your team. Wherever I land I promise to bring my all everyday from day one on campus; and to be a fiery competitor who leads by example in all aspects.

- I have been doing Speed training in order to keep my running mechanics in tune for the upcoming seasons. During this time and years before I have also been doing special lifting work. Along with this lifting I have been doing various plyometric and single muscle group training in order to make me the best athlete that I can be.
