My goals for college is to maintain a balance between academics and athletics. I will continue to push myself at the next level no matter what it takes. What makes me a good candidate is I am always determined to get better and I never give up. I train for track year round. Rather that be running Cross Country to keep up with endurance or being involved in Indoor Track during the winter. Along with track I have a passion for Cross Country. I have been running Cross Country for 8 years and I have been running track for 5 years. I have been on varsity since freshman year for Cross Country and Track. I have been on varsity for Basketball since Sophomore year. In track I have the ability to be a sprinter and also run long distance. Freshman year the 4x400 meter I was in went to regionals. I have received 2 Most Valuable Runner awards one cross country and one for track along with 2 Outstanding Runner awards and the Rookie award. Academically I have a 3.7 GPA. I am in National Honors Society and I am in the organization Pause For A Cause which deals with community service work.
