My name is Jacy Elizondo, I'm a freshman at Sequoyah High School in Tahlequah, OK. I'm a humble, quiet determined, disciplined
and most of the time shy. The first thing I hear when meeting people is "aren't you that fast girl?" I train hard, I run with my dad everyday, I also do lots of core workouts. In 2016 my parents drove me to Norman every sat and sun for 4 months to train for the 800m with Aldwyn Sappleton. Training with him I learned a lot and the things he taught me I still do everyday.
At 5'3 I'm short but I'm fast, train and perform with all my heart. I everytime I run I hear Aldwyn saying "when your legs are gone, run with your abs and your heart" I believe being a good athlete you must have passion and heart and that pushes you far.
