Hi coaches. I have been throwing for 3 years. I picked up discus throwing and javelin throwing kind of just for fun at the beginning now I do it because I find some passion in it that drives me. So here is some information on what I do, how far I've come from the beginning and where I am now, my education and goals.
I try to get out to the ring in the off season to stay fresh and work on some things here and there. i do other sports in the fall and winter, with that i get a lot of exercise and training with weights in. I will take a challenge and I will try something new if it will help me throw farther. I'm determined to do my best.
when i started in 8th grade i was throwing 64ft, 3 years later I jumped to 130 ft, some self-taught and self-determination but mostly help from my throwing coach and teammates. right now, i hold that top ranking sophomore spot in the state of Oregon, i hold 1st in our district 1, i hold 3rd in our 2A district and 7th overall in the state of Oregon.
academics: I'm a straight A student with a 4.0 G PA. wanting to study criminal justice. I'm hoping to possibly start out at a community college transfer to a four-year but I also am considering taking the route of armed forces. I'm not quite sure which one I'm going to go to but I know that throwing is something that I'd like to continue in college.
