Grace Henderson '21 Recruiting Profile

    I have always had a passion for running.  Whether it was on the soccer field, basketball court or on a track, I knew I always felt happiest when I could run!  This love has only grown over the years and I know I am ready to focus improving my abilities with the right coach, team and school that will provide my field of study.  I am a hard worker and have proven I can balance the demands of being a student athlete by earning a 4.2 GPA and being a 4-sport Varsity Letterman during my Freshman and Sophomore years. My high school does not have a track, so my training has been limited to a turf football field with no field event practice area.  I believe in the right environment, the sky is the limit to what I can achieve with hard work, determination and the support of a great coaching staff. While in college, my main focus would be to achieve good grades, be the best teammate I can for my team, and to push myself hard enough to qualify for the NCAA National meet.
