From the time I was very little, athletics have always been a part of my life. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I was always taught to strive to be the best athlete I can be, which transferred over when I began my track and field career during eighth grade. I instantly fell in love with the sport, and although I have overcame some difficult obstacles along the way, I believe they have helped me to be the person I am today. I am looking for a track and field program that will help me to continue to strive for success, as well as allow me to earn a bachelor’s degree in the field of biology.
