Madelyn Churches '24 Recruiting Profile

While my running career is not lengthy, my goals are. I started running during my freshman year and I instantly fell in love with the sport. With lofty aspirations, I am willing to commit all of my time, effort, and energy into achieving this feat.

I am a  leader that habitually sets an example for others, on and off the track. I bring a positive spirit to the team and am known to be very coachable. I see criticism as an opportunity to flourish, and I yearn for any chance to improve.  I am self driven and my  determination  sets me apart from others. 

In the classroom, I have the same work ethic. I maintain a 4.43 GPA and take the highest courses offered. I am extremely active in my school community as I serve on student government,  am a part of National Honors Society,  volunteer organizations, three varsity sports, and several other groups and clubs. My hope is to attend a school that pushes me to reach my utmost potential. I aim to compete at the highest level while receiving a preeminent education.

With my work ethic, commitment, and determination, I believe I can contribute valuable aspects to any team.
