Jordynn Palethorpe '20 Recruiting Profile

I joined my high schools outdoor track and field team my freshman year. I immediately fell in love with the competitiveness of the sport, the adrenaline rush of being on the line, the satisfaction of crossing the finish line, and the love and support from my teammates. So much so that my sophomore year I joined the cross country team and both the indoor and outdoor track teams. Everyday I look forward to going to school knowing that afterwards I can spend a couple hours doing my favorite things with my favorite people.  My teams motto is work hard even when its hard to work. No matter the workout I always put my best foot forward and complete it to the best of my ability. I put the same amount of effort and have the same passion for my school work. In everything that I do I always give my best effort and don't stop trying until I get the result that I want.
