My ultimate collegiate goal is to become an Elite Track Athlete ( train for the USA Track & Field Olympic Trials). As well as pursuing my Pediatric Cardiologist career which has always been my ultimate career goal growing up. But I also realized I was blessed with a natural gift of running and I knew I wasn't going to ignore it. I know I can do it and create greatness through pure dedication with both. I do very well juggling many task.
At this point, I have never had consistent training from a qualified coach. Due to a few relocations and setting up summer residency's for my parents jobs. The events I have ran to date has not been with consistent training & development. I would love to see what my real potential could be with the proper training, support and coaching.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to train and participate with track at my high school. But I stayed focused on my academics (grades, leadership, career track curriculum, clubs, volunteer opportunities, etc). I would run on public track fields with my mom for practice to keep my body in shape as well as swim.
In Closing...I would love to see what my true potential could be in Track & Field??? " I'm Ready to get started"!
