Personal Statement
As an athlete I have been working hard on trying to PR every meet because running means a lot to me and has help me grow in so many ways. Running has taught me that it’s not all about winning a race but making it your own race against yourself. While running I'm always competing against myself to learn and better my self as a athlete.

- As athlete I train year round with my teammates to prepare us for the up coming seasons. Apart of this traning we work out during the summer months before school starts and before track season starts we workout through our winter breaks so we can be prepared to compete. Our training consists of long runs, strecting, lifting and time miles.
