2018 Highlights Personal Statement
I truly believe I have what it takes to be a successful thrower in college; I am fairly young at throwing and decided to commit to the events 100% in 2018-2019. In this past year I have attained some goals (becoming a Texas State Champion) and have some unrealized goals on the table (distance). I have lacked general direction in the weight room and strongly feel this will be the difference maker for me as I move forward. I work super hard in sport and in the classroom; ultimately, I am looking for a world class education and a world class opportunity to become an Olympian.
