Hi, my name is Elizabeth Butler and I’m currently a junior at Clearfield High School in Utah.
I started track in 7th grade and I absolutely loved it, so I’ve continued to run track since then. Even though I love running track I have a love for many other things too. Throughout junior high I played the viola and participated in the orchestra program they have there. I also love to draw and do creative activities such as ceramics, painting, and photography. I also love working with electric devices such as small motors and speakers. I enjoyed finding problems with them and then fixing them. I love playing all kinds of sports such as volleyball, soccer, and softball; and I love watching football.
I’m a hard worker and very responsible. I have really good academics and strive to do my best in everything that I do. I’ve shown this through two jobs I’ve had over the last two years. I worked at Lagoon, an amusement park, and at a shaved ice shack. Both jobs taught me how to be responsible, kind and courteous, and how to have a good work ethic.
Even though I’m busy with so many things I always find time to spend with my family and friends. I like to play games with my family and have family movie nights with them. I also really like to hang out with my friends at dances and do fun things with them on the weekend.
