Kalyncia Taylor '24 Recruiting Profile

I am Kalyncia Taylor and I am a student athlete. Running is my Gift from God. If there is a conflict I can overcome it. I know that if GOD if for me, who can be against me? If there is a challenge, I know that I can overcome it. I believe i can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens me.

   As a student athlete I value a close relationship with my coach, a great mental health support system, and a postive track team environment.

   I aspire to be a prosecution lawyer in the near future. The reason I want to be a lawyer is because I want to stand up for those who can’t defend themselves. Another reason is because, as a young black woman, I need to know the laws to protect myself. The last reason is because I love to argue!

I want to run track in college. But, I also want to run in the olympics. I am willing to put it the work to get there. I am NOT COMMITTED to any colleges. I am currently keeping my options open for the best fit for me. Thanks for viewing my profile!
