I am currently a senior at Franklin High School in Wisconsin and I am looking to major in industrial and product design with a potential double major in motorsports engineering. This will be my second season doing track and I have loved it, I was previously a softball centerfielder when I decided to try a new sport. I haven't had any issues maintaining a high grade point while participating in track due to my good work ethic and strive for academic success. I am looking to participate in pole vault, 400m, as well as the 200m in college, I have put lots of work into my off seasons through regularly lifting and going to camps to get better at my events. I believe that I am a very positive teammate who enjoys supporting and training with my team. Team bonding and getting to know your teammates and coaches is important to me since it helps with communication and having a strong team. I also participate in extracurriculars to keep in shape for track such as rock climbing, weight lifting, and cross country/long runs. I am always open to trying new events but I have found pole vault to be my favorite event since it requires so many skills and precision so you are always learning new techniques to get better.
