Riley Brooke Pittman '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing volleyball since I was seven years old. I have always loved this game, and as years have gone by, I aspire to play at the collegiate level. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime experience and opportunity. 

For the past 4 years I have been working hard to better my game, agility, conditioning, physical skills, team work, leadership skills, etc. I have played several positions which included Libero, DS, and outside hitter and absolutely loved it. Since playing club ball, my coaches have drilled into me even though I have a 6’3” spirit, I have a 5’5” frame, so I have put full dedication and hard work into Libero and DS. I am continuously working to improve every aspect of my game.

Leadership is very important in my family; I try to lead by actions and words knowing encouragement plays a major role; I am known as the "Hype-Man" of my teams. I am very determined and strive to be one of the hardest working players and recruits you’ll find.

I pray for the opportunity to attend a college where I can push myself on the court and in the classroom striving for Animal Science/Pre Vet major. 

My hope is to ultimately find the right college with the highest level of competition while offering the best education to fulfill my goal of one day becoming a Veterinarian.
