Kada Tillman '22 Recruiting Profile

Since I was little I was always an athlete, but I really struggled to find a sport I truly enjoyed playing. In the spring of 7th grade I decided to try volleyball on a no cut team while I was playing softball. I instantly fell in love and volleyball came natural to me. Since then I have continued to cherish the sport and I continue to progress my skills as an individual. Through playing this sport I have learned how to be a great teammate and leader, and I carry over those skills into everyday life. As an athlete I hope to continue learning new skills from this amazing game.

As for academics, I hope to have a future career as a wildlife veterinarian through further education in the science field.  As long as I can remember I have always cared for everyone and everything, so becoming a vet sounds like the perfect job for me! I have always loved school and I always will. The idea of learning new concepts and materials excites me, and I can't wait to to learn at a collegiate level.
