I have been around volleyball since I was little, and have been lucky to spend time in the gym with some great coaches and teammates. I have lots of family and friends that have gone on to play sports at a post secondary level, and i would love to have that opportunity. I'm driven and aggressive and I love to compete. I'm pretty level headed on court - I'm not easily rattled and I have a strong serve. I love the feeling of finding ways to beat my opponents - whether that's simply setting our hot hitter over and over or finding holes in their defense, I'm very driven to get the ball on their side of the floor. Last spring I worked at a coaching clinic for the Art of Coaching Volleyball with my dad at American University in Washington D.C and I fell in love with that style of program and the school there. I've had many amazing experiences that have strengthened my love for the game and my desire to play at the next level. I am eager to find a school and a program that fits with my interests and philosophy. I am excited about the opportunity to meet more coaches and learn about the different programs and hopefully in the end find a great fit!
