My name is Shannon Ryan and I am a starting setter for one of the top ranked High Schools in Arizona. Last club season, I played for Aspire Volleyball Club team 18Rox. Last season we became the state champions after winning the regional tournament in Arizona. Our season ended after taking 5th place at nationals in Indianapolis, IN.
I have planned to get a degree in criminal justice so that I can become a homicide detective to help families who have lost loved ones get closure by catching the criminal.
My determination helps my willingness to work hard at all times. I look forward to being able to continue playing the sport I love in college.

Training
- Conditioning Morning Workouts

- These are 2-3 times a week, one hour long before school, starting at 5:30am. These workouts are led by Edward Landwher who is on the athletic staff at Hamilton High School. The workouts are specific to volleyball endurance and weight training.
