Tatum Dorn '19 Recruiting Profile

     I am a team player.  I have played organized team sports since I was four years old on my Dad's t-ball team. I have played numerous individual and team sports, but always return to team sports.  I enjoy being part of a team bond when everyone shares a strong desire to win.  I am a fierce competitor and very intense on the court.  As a setter, I am loud and encouraging to my teammates.  When I make mistakes, I pick myself up immediately realizing my team is depending on me to lead them and set the next point. 

     My goal and aspirations are to attend a university or college where I can get a solid education and play four years on the volleyball team as a setter.  I am currently interested in studying political science due to my fascination with current events, government and politics. 

     If one was to describe my character, I hope he or she would state that I am a hard working, committed, honest, loyal, trustworthy, passionate and a strong young woman.  I strive to be such a person and would commit to living up to the high standards required to be part of your volleyball program.  If I am fortunate enough to realize my lifelong dream of playing college volleyball, I commit to give 110% of my very best effort, skill, talent and attention to my coaches, teammates and the institution who blesses me with an offer to join their family.
