2017 Highlights Personal Statement
I have been playing volleyball since 4th grade. The game excites me in every way. I have the gifts of speed, agility and smarts on the court and in the sand. Though a 100% team player that gives 110% in practice and matches, I constantly challenge myself to improve and learn the details and strategies of the game.
I strive to be the best I can be in the classroom, on the court, in the sand and in the community . I have a wonderful family that supports me in every way which gives me the confidence and drive to be my best in everything I do.
My love for the ocean and all creatures has focused my desires to study environmental sciences and marine biology in college. I do know and hope that volleyball will be a part of my collegiate experience.
