Hey Coaches! Thank you very much for taking your time to view my profile. My name is Hannah Hajnal I am setter and I'm a part of the class of 2025. Volleyball has always been a big part of my life and I have played for almost about 8 years. My main goal and what I am working hard to achieve is to be able to continue my unfinished journey of volleyball into playing college ball. As a freshman in high-school I made it onto my varsity team and till my Senior year of high school I have been playing on varsity. During my Sophomore year of high school I was awarded the 2nd best player in our league following along with receiving the All- Tournament Team player for one of our tournaments in high school. During my Junior year I was awarded 1st team all league and my senior year 1st team all league. For club I had also been awarded most improving player and best defensive player. As well as multiple All Tournament Team Player at tournaments like the JVA West Coast Cup. At the age of 13 I was grateful to be selected to a USAV training program with girls who were double my size and 2-3 years older. This was a huge learning experience mentally and physically and I enjoyed playing the High Performance Volleyball team with the competitiveness it offered to compete against girls around the world. On and off the court I have a driven mentality and to consistently push myself to work hard and to constantly perform as best as I can. My greatest attributes to my team is that I have been team captain 3 years in a row for my club team and being captain for my Junior year and Senior of high-school volleyball. As an athlete myself my strongest attributes is that I'm a great vocal leader, I communicate often on the court, I have a mentality of being competitive and aggressive on the court, I have a great amount of confidence on and off the court. My technical skills and mental part of the game are also one of my strongest attributes especially with countless hours of practice and improvement towards it. Academically throughout high school, I've maintained a GPA above 3.5 GPA (9-12) and 3.8 GPA (10-12) and have been also doing a lot of volunteer work/hours at workshops and coaching youth girls volleyball in club and high school. Maintaining my academics did not stop me from continuing to train daily because volleyball is my passion and I pursue to get better each day to achieve my biggest goal of playing college ball. I hope to find the right college for me that accommodates both my preferred majors of sports management, sports medicine, and business. Not only that but also a volleyball program that can help me continue to improve as a player and a person.
