My name is Julianna Minto and I love to play volleyball. I am 6’2” and have started as a middle hitter on our Varsity team my entire high school career. I was nominated and received All League all 3 years that we have been able to play volleyball and was tagged by Max Preps as one of the CIF state statistical leaders for my blocking my Junior and Senior years. We live in a rural area and I drive 1 1/2 to participate in a club volleyball team as well. I play basketball and softball as well to stay in shape and round out our smaller team rosters but my heart belongs to volleyball.
I work hard in school and belong to a variety of clubs. I’m also our class President. I work hard to manage my time and balance my schedule and maintain a 4.34 GPA.
I am the oldest child of a large family and enjoy my time with my family and friends. My youngest sister was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when she was 4 and that sparked my interest in the medical field but I am trying to keep my mind open to different possibilities.
