I've been playing volleyball for school since elementary school. Although my first time on a club court was 8th grade and it was for non-travel. The summer before 9th grade I did plenty of clinics and volleyball camps to try to catch up to the girl who have already been on a competitive travel team. Than freshman year I tried out for my high schools volleyball team. I was a starter on the freshman/sophomore team for my first year. I joined a club team later that year and made the 17's 2's. Before my sophomore year I continued with the clinics and camps to try to improve my skill level. My sophomore year I was on junior varsity (starter) and 18's 1's for club. My Junior year I was on an 18's 1's team. I hope to improve more and more as time goes on and doing everything I can to be the best me I possibly can on and off the court. I love to build up my teams and always cheering on and off the sidelines. I want to understand the game on every level possible and I want to push myself to continually improve no matter what the challenge is. Volleyball has always been my favorite sport to watch and play. I can’t wait to meet my goal of becoming a college athlete- to be lucky enough to continue playing my favorite sport while pursuing my degree. If it sounds like I would be a good fit for your team, I would love to hear from you.
