2017 HighlightsPersonal Statement
One of the main goals that I want to achieve is to graduate high school with a 4.0 GPA and commit to a school where I can major in art and graphic design. One day I hope to earn my own art studio and inspire the lives of others. Volleyball is a huge passion of mine that I've had since the 4th grade. It's given me a whole new perspective on sacrifice, dedication, and hard work. When I was 12, I joined Mizuno Long Beach Volleyball club and that's when i decided to amp up my training. I knew practice wasn't going to be enough to get me to the level of competition I wanted to be at, so I scheduled weekly privates and extra work out sessions to build my level of strength and technique. Throughout all of the years of training I've gone through, I learned that success not only comes from hard work but from learning from my mistakes and persisting through my obstacles. I would consider myself a competitive, supportive, and fast defensive player, and I believe that can add high energy and a competitive spirit to any team.
