I've had two goals in my life since I could remember. I invited the day where I would be able to practice law and return the rights ripped away from the people who have worked day in and day out. My goal had then changed when I realized my real passion is coaching and helping people. I’ve sustained many injuries over my years of being an athlete, so being able to help others rehabilitate and better themselves as a player is what I want to accomplish. Since 2015, I've had the amazing opportunity to play my favorite sport, volleyball. I love Volleyball and the passion I have for it is incomparable. My goal is to keep playing for as long as I'm given the opportunity to do so.
I have the ability to adapt to any position on the court that I'm given, from outside hitter to setter to libero. Even though I may not be the desireable height, my vertical is higher than most people. I am not afraid to run and dive for balls or call out to my teammate for them to move if I need to get a ball up. I fight for every point that we earn and it comes in handy being ambidextrous when I go up to tip. I use every part of my body to my ability which makes me a great candidate for a team.
What makes me different is that I'm able to lead a team and help us come together as one. I have been able to not only look at my strengths, but the strengths of others and bring that out on the court. Even when it seems like we won't win a game or everything seems to be going wrong, I keep a positive attitude because the worst thing to do is show that we can't come together and work as one. No matter where I go or who I work with, I make it my goal to treat others with the same respect and love that I expect to receive. So what makes me different is that I bring heart to the court.
