Ava Genasci '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ava Genasci and I am a three time All-League high school volleyball player from a small ranching town in Northern California. I was chosen as the sole setter for Northern Nevada Juniors (NNJ) 17-1 National team in Reno, Nevada under coach Amy Morris.  Extremely motivated and dedicated, I travel one hundred miles, three times a week for practice, play every set in every game in every tournament, maintain a 4.0 GPA, am number two in my graduating class, and class president. When I am not hustling on the courts, I am actively leading and participating in various school clubs, volunteering as a lecturer at Mass, reading, painting, drawing, crocheting, and hanging out with friends. I have been described as very coachable, driven, kind, and competitive. I would make an excellent addition to your team and look forward to hearing more about your program!
