Volleyball has been my passion and past time since I was in 6th grade. I have played club volleyball for 5 years, played on the freshman team my freshman year of high school, and have been a varsity starting libero since sophomore year. This sport is my motivation for achieving my future aspirations. I have learned to hustle towards my life goals by hustling towards every ball in every play. I support my teammates through the good and bad days, uplifting their spirits to create a healthy and successful atmosphere. Balancing school and volleyball is a priority of mine that I continue to thrive in. Volleyball is not just about playing the game—there are multiple elements of life in this sport. The skills I have obtained are leadership, communication, perseverance, etc. I have given my all into the life of volleyball and strive to enhance my game by continuing my journey into the collegiate level. My goal for the future is to join a college team, then enter into the coaching world of volleyball. I aspire to keep my love of the game involved in my life for years to come. In the future I want to be able to coach my own children and build their love for the game, like I have. Volleyball is the place I come to erase stress and enjoy my time, it keeps me positive and motivated for the future in front of me.
